Are payment plans available?
Yes. The schedule lists 20% on the sales and purchase agreement, 50% in quarterly instalments until delivery and 30% over the two years after delivery for Horizon and The Peaks. Marina Village lists 10%, 60% and 30% respectively. Confirm the full terms for the selected residence.
Can Barok arrange a viewing and support the purchase?
Yes. Our Tivat team can arrange private viewings and developer presentations, prepare a shortlist, coordinate commercial discussions and introduce independent legal and notary support. We remain available through handover and after-sales arrangements.
