Your questions
A few things worth knowing.
Is the 18-hole golf course already complete?
No. The golf course is being developed in phases. The developer’s current golf guide describes three playable holes and a planned expansion to nine towards the end of 2026. The full 18-hole course is a later phase, so its completion should not be assumed when choosing a home.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. The schedule lists 20% on the sales and purchase agreement, 50% in quarterly instalments until delivery and 30% over the two years after delivery for Horizon and The Peaks. Marina Village lists 10%, 60% and 30% respectively. Confirm the full terms for the selected residence.
Can Barok arrange a viewing and support the purchase?
Yes. Our Tivat team can arrange private viewings and developer presentations, prepare a shortlist, coordinate commercial discussions and introduce independent legal and notary support. We remain available through handover and after-sales arrangements.
